HPC Experience
I have constantly used HPC (URI's Bluewaves and Andromeda clusters) during my Ph.D. research for 5 years. Thus, I have a substantial experience in HPC and bash environments. I have experience using bioinformatics tools in genome data analyses to create large-scale orthologous sequences. I am fluent in R software. Besides, I often utilize GitHub on my HPC and other code work.
